Dr Warren Mundy

Dr Mundy was appointed to the ActewAGL Joint Venture Partnerships Board by Icon Water on 20 August 2026. He has been on the Icon Water Board since November 2023, and is a Director of the Boards of Icon Retail Investments Limited and Icon Distribution Investments Limited. 

Dr Mundy is the Managing Director of Bluestone Consulting, and is currently a member of the Queensland Competition Authority, a Senior Advisor to Dexus Infrastructure and the Australian Property Institute, and a director of First Nations Advocates Against Family Violence, John Curtin House, Reliance Rail and PBSA Finance.

Dr Mundy holds an honours degree in statistics from the University of New South Wales and has masters and doctoral degrees in economics from the University of Cambridge. He also has post-graduate qualifications in corporate finance and corporate governance, and a Master of Environmental Law from the Australian National University. He is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Royal Aeronautical Society.
