Ms Lilley was appointed to the ActewAGL Joint Venture Partnerships Board by Icon Water on 1 February 2023.

Ms Lilley is currently a non-executive director and Chair of Icon Water Limited, Icon Distribution Investments Limited, and Icon Retail Investments Limited.

Ms Lilley was a Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers and was a financial statement and internal auditor for nearly 20 years. Her experience is in governance and assurance including financial statement audit, internal audit and project and risk management, with a particular focus on government.

Ms Lilley has experience with Audit Committee roles for ACT Government and also has held various Chair and member roles for Commonwealth Government entities' Audit and Risk Committees (including currently for the Audit and Risk Committee for Department of Industry, Science and Resources and the Department of the Treasury).

Ms Lilley is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, was a registered company auditor and is a certified internal auditor.
