Joy Yau 

Ms Yau was appointed to the ActewAGL Joint Venture Partnerships Board by Icon Water on 23 March 2026.

As Interim Chief Executive Officer at Icon Water, and substantive Chief Financial Officer at Icon Water, Ms Yau brings over 20 years of professional experience in commercial and strategic financial management roles from across the utility, retail and hospitality sectors in Australia and the United Kingdom. 

Ms Yau holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Accounting and Management Control, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
